ALCOHOLISM TREATMENT PROGRAM AND FACILITY FUND

3.28.010 Established.
A fund is established and entitled the “alcoholism treatment program and facility fund.” (Ord. 202 § 1, 1972).
3.28.020 Deposit of certain percentage of liquor taxes and profits.
Two percent of the city’s share of liquor taxes and profits shall be deposited in the fund to be paid out quarterly to the county council on alcohol problems. (Ord. 696 § 1, 2011; Ord. 325 § 1, 1981; Ord. 202 § 2, 1972).
