CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT RESERVE FUND

3.36.010 Created.
There is created a reserve fund for the city to be entitled capital improvement reserve fund. (Ord. 194 § 1, 1971).
3.36.020 Deposit of funds.
The funds shall be placed in the capital improvement reserve fund as may be determined by the city council from time to time to be available for such purpose. (Ord. 194 § 2, 1971).
3.36.030 Purpose.
The fund shall be for the purpose of assisting in financing municipal improvements as may be determined to be necessary by the city council. (Ord. 194 § 3, 1971).
