WATER AND SEWER RESERVE FUND

3.50.010 Created.
There is hereby created a reserve fund to be known as the “water and sewer reserve fund.” There shall be transferred into said reserve fund from time to time such sums as may be determined by the city council to be from appropriate sources, including water and sewer revenues, state and federal grants, revenue sharing, matching funds, or any other appropriate sources, and the same shall be held and used for the purpose of funding equipment and/or major repairs in the city’s water and/or sewer utilities in the manner and time as determined by the city council.
