CITY HALL AND CITY PARK RESERVE FUND

3.54.010 Created.
There is hereby created a reserve fund to be known as the “City Hall and city park reserve fund.” There shall be transferred into the City Hall and city park reserve fund the existing balance in the cumulative firefighting equipment fund, and other such sums as may be determined by the city council to be from appropriate sources, including the city’s current expense revenues, state and federal grants, revenue sharing, matching funds, or any other appropriate sources, and the same shall be held and used for the purpose of funding purchases of equipment and/or major repairs at the City Hall or in the city parks.
