SPYING AND WINDOW PEEPING

9.30.010 Declared crime.
Every person who wilfully goes upon the property of another to spy upon the occupant of any residence located thereon or to peep into a window of such residence or who disturbs the peace and serenity of the occupants of any residence thereon by such spying or peeping shall be found to have committed a civil infraction and shall be assessed a monetary penalty as provided in TMC 1.08.010 as amended.
