DISORDERLY CONDUCT

9.32.010 Designated.

A person is guilty of disorderly conduct if he:

A. Uses abusive language and thereby intentionally creates a risk of assault; or

B. Intentionally disrupts any lawful assembly or meeting of persons without lawful authority; or

C. Intentionally obstructs vehicular or pedestrian traffic without lawful authority. (Ord. 302 § 1, 1980).

9.32.020 Violation – Penalty.

Any person found guilty of violating this chapter shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500.00. Any such person is guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which any violation of any provision of this chapter is committed, continued, or permitted by any such person. (Ord. 302 § 1, 1980).
