STOP AND YIELD INTERSECTIONS

10.12.010 Stop streets designated.
Hereafter the following streets at such places where they intersect the streets shall be deemed stop streets and all traffic traveling thereon shall come to a complete stop before proceeding. The following are the designated stop streets:
Seventh Street at the point where it enters Whitcomb Avenue;
Sixth Street at the point where it enters Whitcomb Avenue;
Fifth Street at the point where it enters Whitcomb Avenue;
First Street at the point where it enters Western Avenue;
Fourth Street at the point where it enters Whitcomb Avenue;
Third Street at the point where it enters Whitcomb Avenue;
Second Street at the point where it enters Whitcomb Avenue;
First Street at the point where it enters Whitcomb Avenue;
Whitcomb Avenue at the point where it enters U.S. Highway 97;
Jonathan Street at the point where it enters U.S. Highway 97;
Delicious Street at the point where it enters U.S. Highway 97;
Winesap Street at the point where it enters Locust Avenue;
Winesap Street at the point where it enters U.S. Highway 97;
Division Street at the point where it enters U.S. Highway 97;
Tonasket Avenue at the point where it enters State Highway 4;
Western Avenue at the point where it enters Fourth Street;
Fourth Street at the point where it intersects Joseph Avenue, westbound only;
Tonasket Avenue at Fifth Street, northbound and southbound;
Tonasket Avenue at Fourth Street, northbound and southbound;
Tonasket Avenue at Third Street, northbound and southbound;
State Street at Tonasket Street, southwestbound;
Antwine Avenue at Fourth Street, northbound and southbound;
Antwine Avenue at Third Street, northbound and southbound;
Antwine Avenue at First Street and State Street, northbound and southbound;
Joseph Avenue at Third Street, northbound and southbound;
First Street at Joseph Avenue, eastbound;
Second Street at Joseph Avenue, eastbound;
First Street at the point where it enters Locust Avenue, eastbound and westbound;
Locust Avenue at the point where it enters Fourth Street;
Second Street at the point where it enters Western Avenue;
Third Street at the point where it enters Western Avenue;
Fourth Street at the point where it enters Western Avenue, eastbound and westbound;
Fifth Street at the point where it enters Western Avenue;
Jonathan Street at the point where it enters Western Avenue;
Division Street at the point where it enters Western Avenue;
Antwine Avenue at the point where it enters Second Street, northbound and southbound;
Delicious Street at the point where it enters Western Avenue;
Delicious Street at the point where it enters Highway 97, eastbound;
Division Street westbound where it intersects with Whitcomb Avenue;
Whitcomb Avenue southbound where it intersects with Jonathan Street;
Division Street at Joseph Avenue, westbound;
That street commonly known as School Avenue at Division Street, southbound;
Bonaparte Avenue northbound where it intersects with Seventh Street;
Joseph Avenue at its intersection with Second Street, northbound and southbound. 10.12.020 Yield right-of-way intersections.
Traffic traveling on the following designated streets shall yield the right-of-way as indicated in this section:

10.12.030 Signs.
Signs shall be erected at appropriate corners of intersections to comply with the requirements set forth in this chapter. (Ord. 163 § 3, 1968).
