BICYCLING, SKATING AND SKATEBOARDING
Sections:
10.32.010 Prohibited where.
A. No person shall ride a bicycle, skate, or ride a skateboard over and across the following sections of sidewalk:
1. On public sidewalks on Whitcomb Avenue between First Street and Sixth Street;
2. On Fourth Street between Whitcomb Avenue and Western Avenue.
B. No person shall skate or ride a skateboard in Day Park or History Park.
C. The performance of any act prohibited by this chapter is designated as a civil infraction and any person found to have committed such civil infraction shall be assessed a monetary penalty, which penalty may not exceed $100.00 for each offense. (Ord. 653 §§ 1 – 3, 2008).
