R-2 RESIDENTIAL MEDIUM DENSITY DISTRICT

17.30.010 Intent.
The intent of the R-2 district is to protect areas for the development of multifamily structures that are compatible with single-family dwellings at a low to moderate density and to implement the comprehensive plan single/multifamily residential designation. (Ord. 778 § 2 (Exh. A), 2017).
17.30.020 Permitted uses.
In an R-2 district uses and their accessory uses are permitted as listed in Table 1 – District Use Chart, TMC 17.70.020. (Ord. 778 § 2 (Exh. A), 2017).
