DONATION TRUST FUND

3.60.010 Established.
There is hereby created and established a fund of the town of Twisp, Washington, to be known as the donation trust fund which fund shall be kept separate and apart from all other funds of the town. (Ord. 166 § 1, 1969)
3.60.020 Donations.
All donations received by the town of Twisp which are donated upon condition that such donation be used for a specified purpose shall, after being accepted by proper resolution of the town council, be deposited to the account of said donation trust fund and disbursed therefrom only for the purposes specified by the donor. (Ord. 166 § 2, 1969)
3.60.030 Disbursements.
Disbursements from said donation trust fund shall be made by warrant of the town drawn upon said fund after voucher therefor has been approved by the town council and checks in redemption of such warrants shall be drawn only against the funds deposited in said donation trust fund and not against other funds of the town.
