CITY NAME – CITY SEAL

1.09.010 Name of city.
This city shall be named the city of Walla Walla. (Ord. 95-10 § 1(Exh. A)(part), 1995).
1.09.020 Corporate seal – Adopted.
The corporate seal heretofore used by the city under its former charter is adopted and declared the corporate seal of this city, and it shall be used to authenticate all acts of this corporation. (Ord. 95-10 § 1(Exh. A)(part), 1995).
1.09.030 Corporate seal – City clerk possession, use authority.
The seal of the city shall be kept by the city clerk, and the city clerk shall affix it to all acts required to be authenticated. (Ord. 95-10 § 1(Exh. A)(part), 1995).
