1.13.010 Authority to issue administrative search warrant.

An administrative search warrant may be issued by the superior, district or municipal court upon the request of the city attorney or a city department head or his/her designee. (Ord. 95-10 § 1(Exh. A)(part), 1995).

1.13.020 Property which may be seized with a warrant.

An administrative search warrant may be issued to search for and seize any evidence of a municipal code violation, including, but not limited to, violations of adopted technical building codes. (Ord. 95-10 § 1(Exh. A)(part), 1995).

1.13.030 Issuance, contents and procedure.

The provisions of Criminal Rule 2.3 for courts of limited jurisdiction (CrRLJ 2.3) are adopted by reference as and for the procedural rules of the city as if set forth in full in this chapter, with respect to the issuance, execution and return of the administrative search warrants authorized by this chapter.
