9.09.010 Incorporation by reference.

9.09.020 Statutory provisions – Amendments or changes included.

The amendment, addition or repeal by the Washington legislature of any section of any of the adopted statutes shall be deemed to amend this chapter and the statutes contained in this chapter which are adopted by reference in conformity with the amendment, addition or repeal, and it shall not be necessary for the legislative authority of the city to take any action with respect to such addition, amendment or repeal as provided by RCW 35A.12.140. 9.09.060 Designation of public housing drug-free zones.

The following public housing projects located within the city are designated as drug-free zones: 320 N. 7th Avenue; 1107 W. Chestnut; 450 W. Maple; 9031/2 W. Alder; 275 Woodland; 339 and 341 W. Chestnut; 303, 305, 313 and 315 Berney Drive; 228, 232, 236, 240, 244, 248, 252, 256, 260 and 264 Tausick Way; and 300, 302, 320, 322, 330, 332, 340 and 342 Trimble Road. (Ord. 97-23 § 1, 1997).
