FIREARMS, MISSILES AND AIR GUNS

9.15.010 Discharging guns or other firearms prohibited – Exception.
No person except a duly authorized law enforcement officer or a person specifically authorized by the Walla Walla city police chief shall discharge any gun, air gun, BB gun or other firearm within the limits of the city. In the event the Walla Walla city police chief grants such special authorization to a person, the Walla Walla city police chief may impose any requirements on the person that the Walla Walla city police chief may deem to be in the best interests of the city. 9.15.020 Hurling missiles, using bow and arrow and flying kites – Prohibited where.
No person shall shoot or use a bow and arrow, or fly any kite, or throw any stones, snowballs or other missiles upon any street of the city. (Ord. 94-34 § 1(part), 1994).
9.15.030 Shooting air guns and BB guns prohibited.
No person shall shoot any BB gun or air gun in any public or private place within the city. (Ord. 94-34 § 1(part), 1994).
9.15.040 Violation – Penalty.
Any person violating any of the terms of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in Section 1.24.010 of this code. (Ord. 94-34 § 1(part), 1994).
