HIGHWAY ACCESS MANAGEMENT

12.29.010 Purpose of chapter.
To provide regulation and control of vehicular access and connection points of ingress to, and egress from, the state highway system within the incorporated areas of the city of Walla Walla in accordance with, pursuant to, and for the purposes set forth in Chapter 47.50 RCW, as amended. (Ord. 2008-36 § 1(part), 2008).
12.29.020 Provisions adopted.
The provisions of Chapter 47.50 RCW, as amended or as it may hereafter be amended, are adopted by reference and made a part of this chapter. The provisions of Chapters 468-51 and 468-52 WAC, as amended or as they may hereafter be amended, are adopted by reference and made a part of this chapter in order to implement the requirements of Chapter 47.50 RCW. 12.29.030 Definitions.
For purposes of this chapter and of the regulations adopted by reference, the term “government entity” means the city of Walla Walla. Where there is any reference to “the department” in the administrative and procedural sections adopted by reference, that reference shall be deemed to mean the city of Walla Walla. (Ord. 2008-36 § 1(part), 2008).
12.29.040 Fees.
For purposes of this chapter and of the regulations adopted by reference, all fees due and payable shall be paid to the city of Walla Walla. (Ord. 2008-36 § 1(part), 2008).
