PROHIBITED TURNS

10.16.010 Designated.
It shall be a traffic infraction for the operator of any motor vehicle to cause such vehicle to cross the centerline, or make a left turn or U-turn, upon any street or highway, or section of street or highway within the city where the street or highway pavement is marked with a solid yellow pavement centerline marking. 10.16.020 Enforcement--Violation--Penalty.
The Wapato municipal court shall have jurisdiction pursuant to Chapter 46.63 RCW to enforce this chapter, and to impose a monetary penalty up to two hundred fifty dollars for violation of this chapter. (Ord. 1238 §1P, 2011: Ord. 898 §2, 1990)
