INVESTMENT COMMITTEE

An investment committee shall be authorized to invest surplus and/or inactive funds for the town. The committee shall consist of the town clerk/treasurer, the mayor and one councilman to be appointed by the mayor. (Ord. 353 § 1, 1973).
2.24.020 Authority.
The committee is given authority to invest or reinvest surplus and/or inactive funds without further authorization of the town council, as provided by RCW 35.39.030. (Ord. 353 § 2, 1973).
