It is unlawful to camp in any park of the town or to remain, stay, or loiter in any town park between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., except that overnight use of parks may be permitted for special purposes upon prior notice and approval by the town council. (Ord. 561, 1996).
9.08.020 Violation – Penalty.
Any violation of this chapter shall be an infraction and punished by a fine not to exceed the sum of $500.00. (Ord. 561, 1996).
