10.24.010 Fast or reckless driving prohibited – Penalty.

Any person, persons, firm or corporation who drives a tractor of the track-laying type or a wheel tractor with metal lugs or other metal projections on the outer surface of the wheel or wheels thereof, that contacts the street surface, or other vehicles with similar metal ground lugs on the outer surface of the wheel or wheels thereof, along, upon, or over any oil-surfaced street in the town, in a fast or reckless manner (turning the tractor or driving fast so as to injure the oiled surface of the street shall be considered driving in a reckless manner) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction therefor shall be punishable as set forth in WMC 1.16.010.
