SNOWMOBILES

10.32.010 Authorization.
The streets of the town, exclusive of state highways located therein, shall be open to snowmobile traffic in the manner authorized by RCW 46.10.110. (Ord. 521 § 1, 1993).
10.32.020 Restrictions.
All persons operating any snowmobile within the city limits as authorized in this chapter shall comply with the requirements of RCW 46.10.090 through 46.10.120. In addition to the requirements of those statutes, it shall be an infraction for a person to operate any snowmobile later than 10:00 p.m., and for anything other than ingress/egress to and from the town. (Ord. 521 § 2, 1993).
10.32.030 Penalty.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter or failing to comply with any of the provisions in this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $500.00. (Ord. 521 § 2, 1993).
