COMPREHENSIVE EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PLAN

The comprehensive emergency management plan attached to the ordinance codified in this section as Exhibit “A” shall be and hereby is adopted by the city of Wenatchee. The plan shall remain in full force and effect until modified by further action of the council. (Ord. 2020-18 § 3; Ord. 2013-43 § 1; Ord. 2004-03 § 1)
4.52.020 Promulgation.
The mayor shall be and hereby is authorized to issue a promulgation memorandum or letter consistent with WAC 118-30-060(6). (Ord. 2013-43 § 2; Ord. 2004-03 § 2)
