CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS

7.01.010 Adopted.
The 1998 Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge and Municipal Construction, including the APWA Supplement, together with amendments thereto, one copy of which heretofore has been filed with the city clerk of the city of Wenatchee, and any amendments, additions or subsequent additions thereto hereafter made when printed and filed with the city clerk of the city of Wenatchee as provided by RCW 35.21.180 be and the same are hereby adopted by the city of Wenatchee and from the date on which the ordinance codified in this chapter shall take effect the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the limits of the city of Wenatchee.
