3.12.010    Purpose.

3.12.020    Temporary funds.

3.12.030    Finance director – Administration responsibility.

3.12.010 Purpose.

Funds of the city are established and expressly provided for in this division for the segregation, budgeting, expenditure and accounting of monies received by the city for such purposes as may be required by law or applicable rules of the State Auditor. [Ord. 307 § 1, 1979].

3.12.020 Temporary funds.

In addition to the funds specifically provided for in this division, the city council may from time to time, by ordinance, establish special funds of a temporary nature. [Ord. 307 § 1, 1979].

3.12.030 Finance director – Administration responsibility.

The city finance director shall administer all funds of the city, subject to the direction of the mayor and review by the city council. [Ord. 307 § 2, 1979].
