FAILURE TO PAY FINE OR ASSESSMENT

1.05.010 Unlawful.
It is unlawful for any person convicted of a crime or traffic infraction in the city municipal court to willfully fail to pay a fine or assessment levied by the court within any time limited established by said court. (Ord. 708, 1983)
