2.20.010 Positions created.
The chief of police position and all other police department positions have been adopted through the employees’ policies and procedures manual (manual). The duties are also as described in said manual. (Ord. 1475, 2010; Ord. 554 § 1, 1978; Ord. 384 § 1, 1971)
2.20.020 Salary.
The salary of the chief of police shall be a sum to be fixed by the city council from time to time. (Ord. 1475, 2010; Ord. 384 § 2, 1971)
2.20.030 Ratification of incumbent members.
Repealed by Ord. 1475. (Ord. 384 § 3, 1971)
