DRIVING WITH SUSPENDED LICENSE OR VEHICLE REGISTRATION

10.48.010 Driving with suspended license or insurance Prohibited.

Any person who drives a motor vehicle within the city at a time when his privilege to do so is suspended or revoked in this or any other state or when his policy of insurance or bond when required pursuant to the laws of the state of Washington has been canceled or terminated is guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 752, 1984)

10.48.020 Driving vehicle with suspended registration – Prohibited Penalty.

Any person who operates a vehicle within the city while the registration of the vehicle is suspended is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be imprisoned for not less than two days nor more than five days and fined not less than $100.00 nor more than $500.00. (Ord. 753, 1985)
