Ord. No. 1707, adopted June 30, 2025, adopted the shoreline master program including Appendix I to the plan, “Shoreline Environment Designation Map,” and Appendix II to the plan, “Critical Areas Regulations.” A copy shall be available from the city clerk and shall be identified with the effective date, which is 14 days after the Department of Ecology provides written notice of final action.
