ANNEXATIONS

18.60.010 Annexation zoning.
All territory which may hereafter be annexed to the town shall be considered to be zoned in the same manner as the R-10,000 residential zone. Any rezoning to a more intensive land use shall be according to the procedures for amendments of the zoning map. (Ord. 108-B §17.01, 1980)
