TOWN MARSHAL

2.35.010 Town Marshal – Appointed.
Pursuant to RCW 35.27.240, the chief of police of the city of Buckley is hereby appointed as the Town Marshal of the Town of Wilkeson. [Ord. 2015.09 § 3, 2015].
2.35.020 Services – Contract.
The Town of Wilkeson hereby reaffirms the contract with the city of Buckley for police services for the Town of Wilkeson. [Ord. 2015.09 § 4, 2015].
2.35.030 Protection.
The Town Marshal, Buckley chief of police, shall direct his officers to provide police protection for the Town of Wilkeson. [Ord. 2015.09 § 5, 2015].
2.35.040 Town Marshal – Compensation.
The compensation of the Town Marshal shall be included within the compensation paid pursuant to contract with the city of Buckley and shall be approved annually with the annual budget. [Ord. 2015.09 § 6, 2015].
2.35.050 Policies and procedures.
The policies and procedures as set forth in the Buckley police department shall be the policies and procedures applicable to the Town of Wilkeson. [Ord. 2015.09 § 7, 2015].
