PURCHASING PROCEDURES

Unbudgeted purchases over two hundred dollars ($200.00), other than petty cash items, will require Council approval. [Ord. 2015.08 § 3, 2015].
3.15.020 Emergency expenditures.
In the event of an emergency the Mayor may approve an expenditure. [Ord. 2015.08 § 4, 2015].
3.15.030 Vouchers.
All vouchers will come before the Town Council before checks are issued with the exception of an emergency. [Ord. 2015.08 § 5, 2015].
