DANCING AND/OR LIVE ENTERTAINMENT

5.20.010 License required – Fee.

Any establishment and/or place which offers for sale an intoxicant, including but not limited to beer, wine or hard liquor, for consumption on premises must obtain a license for the conduct of live entertainment including but not limited to music, except live vocals by patrons.

The applicant shall complete such form for application for a license as described above from the Town and submit, together with a payment of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per year, beginning date of payment, or twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per each day event. 5.20.020 Application.

The license for a one (1) time event per year may be obtained by submitting the form as developed together with a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) at least thirty (30) days prior to the event. Untimely submittal and payment shall incur an additional one-hundred-dollar ($100.00) penalty. [Ord. 2015.02 § 3, 2015; amended during 2014 codification; Ord. 2014.04 § 3, 2014].

5.20.030 Violation – Penalty.

A violation of this chapter shall be an infraction with a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00). [Ord. 2015.02 § 4, 2015; Ord. 2014.04 § 4, 2014].
