2.28.010 Membership.
Pursuant to Chapter 27.12.010, 27.12.360, 27.12.370, 27.12.380 and 27.12.390 of the Revised Code of Washington, the town council of the town of Winthrop, Washington, declares its intent to join by annexation the North Central Regional Library District, a rural intercounty library district lying contiguous to the town.
