13.48.010 Lot requirements.

A.    Arrangement. Insofar as practical, side lot lines shall be at right angles to street lines or radial to curved street lines.

B.    Minimum Size. The size of the lots shall meet the minimum area and width requirements of the applicable zoning classification and shall be appropriate for the type of development and use contemplated.

C.    Every lot shall abut a public or private street.

D.    Lots, except corner lots, having frontage on two streets, shall not be allowed.

E.    Lots which are bordered by two more or less parallel streets shall be permitted access to only one of these streets.

F.    Property Corners at Intersections. All lot corners at intersections of dedicated public rights-of-way shall have a minimum radius of twenty-five feet or shall be concentric with the curb radius.

G.    Corner lots for residential use shall be required to be platted wider than interior lots to provide the front yard requirements on the side street as prescribed by Title 14, Zoning.

H.    "Flag Lots." Flag lots are lots with reduced frontage on a public street, where the frontage is used solely or principally for vehicular access. New flag lots are prohibited.
