REVIEW PROCEDURE FOR PROPOSALS SUBJECT TO SEPA

Upon receiving an application for a development, the town shall have no more than 28 days to determine whether or not the application is technically complete. A written decision on a development proposal shall be rendered within 120 days following the receipt of a technically complete application. [Ord. 366 § 1, 1996.]
16.10.020 Notice of application.
A notice of application shall be published and a comment period of not less than 14 or more than 30 days shall be established. The contents of the notice shall conform to ESHB 1724, Section 415. [Ord. 366 § 2, 1996.]
16.10.030 SEPA threshold decision.
A SEPA threshold determination of environmental significance, or mitigated nonsignificance, shall be made by the town and circulated for comment 15 days prior to a decision on the proposed development. [Ord. 366 § 3, 1996.]
16.10.040 Public hearing.
An advertised public hearing shall be conducted on the proposed development. [Ord. 366 § 4, 1996.]
16.10.050 Town’s decision.
A written decision by the town shall be rendered on the proposed development. [Ord. 366 § 5, 1996.]
