YAKIMA CONSORTIUM FOR REGIONAL PUBLIC SAFETY (YAKCORPS) AGENCY FUND

3.120.010 Fund created—Purposes.
There is created an agency fund to be known as the “Yakima Consortium for Regional Public Safety (YAKCORPS).” Money in this fund shall be collected and used for financial operations of YAKCORPS. Financial transactions for YAKCORPS shall comply with the interlocal agreement establishing YAKCORPS and any decisions made by the executive board and/or general membership board. 3.120.020 Source of funds.
Funding sources for the operations of YAKCORPS will include sources listed in Article 10, Section A, Consortium Resources and Expenditures, of the interlocal agreement for the establishment of YAKCORPS. (Ord. 2011-09 § 1 (part), 2011).
3.120.030 Expenditures.
Expenditures from such fund shall be for the purposes listed in Article 10, Section B, Consortium Resources and Expenditures, of the interlocal agreement for the establishment of YAKCORPS. (Ord. 2011-09 § 1 (part), 2011).
