CLEAN CITY FUND

3.125.010 Clean city fund.
A. There is created the clean city fund.
B. The clean city fund shall consist of monies collected in utility tax imposed on waste systems’ commercial refuse collection and monies collected in garbage tax imposed under YMC 7.64.030 to meet program objectives of the clean city program. (Ord. 2021-042 § 1, 2021; Ord. 2021-019 § 2, 2021).
