AQUATIC FACILITIES FUND

3.131.010 Aquatic facilities fund.

A.    There is created the aquatic facilities fund.

B.    The aquatic facilities fund may be credited with all receipts arising from any aquatic activities, contributions for aquatic purposes from private sources, allocation of five percent of the stormwater tax collected, and/or other revenue sources not restricted in use by law.

C.    The money in the aquatic facilities fund may be used to meet any expenses incurred by the city in the operation of city-owned aquatic centers. (Ord. 2025-002 § 2, 2025; Ord. 2025-001 § 2, 2025).
