A. E. LARSON LIBRARY FUND

3.21.010 Fund created.
There is created a fund to be known as the A. E. Larson Library Fund. (Ord. B-582 § 1, 1943).
3.21.020 Purpose.
All moneys and securities now remaining of the A. E. Larson bequest be and the same are transferred to the A. E. Larson Library Fund, said money and securities to be invested, managed, controlled or disbursed as provided by law by the board of trustees of the Yakima Public Library; provided, however, that none of such money or securities shall ever be disbursed except for the improvement of the Yakima Public Library, as provided by the terms of the last will and testament of said A. E. Larson, deceased. (Ord. B-582 § 2, 1943).
