CITY STREET FUND

3.54.030 Purpose—Disbursements.
3.54.010 Fund created.
There is hereby created a special fund of the city, entitled city street fund. (Ord B-190 § 1, 1937).
3.54.020 Source.
Into the fund shall be paid all funds for the construction, alteration, repair, improvement and maintenance of city streets, and all sums accruing to the credit of the city in the Motor Vehicle Fund of the state of Washington. (Ord. B-190 § 2, 1937).
3.54.030 Purpose—Disbursements.
Disbursements made from the fund shall be made from time to time for the necessary repair, construction, alteration, improvement and maintenance of city streets, and from such part of the fund as may be paid to the credit of said fund from the motor vehicle fund of the state of Washington in accordance with Chapter 187 of the Session Laws of 1937.
