11.01.010 Violation—Penalties.

It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to violate any provisions or fail to comply with any requirement of this title. Any person convicted of violating any provision or of failing to comply with any requirement of this title shall be punished by a fine not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars or by imprisonment in the city jail facility for not more than ninety days or by both such fine and imprisonment. If the violation of or failure to comply with the provisions or requirements of this title is of a continuing duration, then each day shall constitute a separate offense. 11.01.020 Severability.

In the event any clause, part or section of this title is adjudged invalid or unconstitutional, such judgment shall not affect or invalidate the remainder of this title nor the application of any such clause, part or section to any other person, but shall be confined in its operation to the clause, part or section directly involved in the controversy in which such judgment was rendered.
