COUNTY SEAT BELT POLICY

2.104.010 Policy Designated.
(1) All persons while traveling in appropriately equipped county vehicles, either as drivers or passengers, shall use seat belts and/or restraining devices in the approved manner.
(2) It shall be the responsibility of the driver of any county vehicle to insure compliance with this resolution before causing the vehicle to be moved.
