DATA PROCESSING DEPARTMENT

2.94.010 Sharing programs.
(1) The county may share any computer programs developed by the county data processing department with any governmental entity in the state of Washington.
(2) The governmental entity acquiring the programs would be obligated to pay for the actual reproduction costs of said programs.
(3) The department head for which the computer programs were developed must approve of the transfer to the data processing manager in writing.
(4) The provisions of this section shall be immediately effective and implementation shall commence as soon as practical upon request from any governmental entity in the state of Washington.
