6.16.010 Boundaries.

The boundaries of Yakima Weed District No. 1 are enlarged to include all those lands lying within the boundaries of the Outlook Irrigation District, which is more particularly described as follows:

6.16.020 Authority.

Yakima County will allow Weed Control District No. 1 to control the weeds on the properties within the weed control district, the maintenance of which Yakima County is responsible for.

6.16.030 Chemical Purchase.

The county purchasing agent shall be directed to purchase not more than two thousand five hundred dollars worth of chemicals for the control of weeds of the amounts and types required.

6.16.040 Road Spraying – Report.

The county engineer shall prepare forms for reporting the sections of county roads sprayed and quantities of chemical used and the weed control district is required to make such reports.

6.16.050 Road Spraying – Releases Required.

This authorization to spray county roads applies only in the case that “releases” are obtained from all property owners who might be injured by said spraying.
