For site development undertaken to develop a plat, short plat, or single-family infrastructure, the permittee shall submit a copy of as-built plans to the town. Such plans shall be submitted and approved prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy or final sign-off by town inspector. (Ord. 607 § 1, 2009)
