GENERAL PENALTY

1.12.010 Designated.
Every person convicted by the municipal court of Yelm for a violation of the criminal provisions of any ordinance of the city, for which no punishment is specifically prescribed in the ordinance, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $5,000 or imprisonment in jail for a period not to exceed one year or both such fine and imprisonment.
