2.36.010 Established – Purpose.

A homelessness committee is created and established to identify areas in which the city may use its resources to coordinate or support services for the homeless population. (Ord. 1094 § 1, 2023).

2.36.020 Membership – Appointment – Removal – Compensation.

There is established a homelessness committee with the primary purpose to provide thorough, judicious advice, from the perspective of Yelm residents, to the city council and mayor. Membership, appointment, compensation and roles and responsibilities will be defined and approved by the city council as an appendix to the mayor and city council protocol manual. (Ord. 1094 § 1, 2023).
