IMPREST FUND FOR POLICE DEPARTMENT

3.62.010 Established – Purpose.
There is created and established an imprest fund within the current expense fund, in an amount not to exceed $1,000, to be used during the execution of controlled narcotic purchases, for the purpose of pursuing and disrupting the flow of narcotics in the city of Yelm. (Ord. 964 § 1, 2013).
3.62.020 Custodian.
The custodian of the Yelm police department imprest fund herein established shall be the chief of police. (Ord. 964 § 2, 2013).
