Chapter 173-310 WAC, relating to litter control, in the form attached to the ordinance codified herein, marked “Exhibit,” and by this reference thereto incorporated herein as though fully set forth, is hereby adopted by reference. (Ord. 149 § 1, 1973).
8.16.020 Copies on file.
The city clerk/treasurer is hereby directed to maintain three copies of Chapter 173-310 WAC in his office for inspection during all business hours. (Ord. 149 § 2, 1973).
