SCHEDULE OF DEVELOPMENT FEES AND FISCAL SECURITIES

3.28.010 Schedule of development fees and fiscal securities.

A.    The fee for a new developer’s agreement under Section 17.08.030(D)(1) shall be nine hundred dollars ($900.00).

B.    The fee for the community development office review of each draft of a new developer’s agreement under Section 17.08.030(D)(1) shall be one hundred twenty dollars ($120.00) per hour.

C.    The fee for an amended developer’s agreement under Section 17.08.030(D)(2) shall be four hundred eighty dollars ($480.00).

D.    The fee for the community development office review of each draft of an amended developer’s agreement under Section 17.08.030(D)(2) shall be one hundred twenty dollars ($120.00) per hour.

E.    The fee for a petition for a special exception under Section 17.08.040(E) or 17.08.060(A) shall be eight hundred seventy dollars ($870.00) plus the actual costs of publication, as determined by the city clerk.

F.    The fee for a petition for any change in the text or map of the zoning code under Section 17.08.070(B)(1) shall be one thousand twenty-nine dollars ($1,029.00) plus the actual costs of publication, as determined by the city clerk.

G.    The fee for an appeal to the board of zoning appeals under Section 17.12.030(A) shall be three hundred dollars ($300.00).

H.    The fee for the issuance of a zoning letter under Section 17.16.020(C) shall be sixty-nine dollars ($69.00).

I.    The fee for a general plan review for a planned development district under Section 17.41.040(A)(7) shall be three thousand one hundred twenty dollars ($3,120.00).

J.    The fee for a specific plan review for a planned development district under Section 17.41.040(E)(14) shall be one thousand four hundred forty dollars ($1,440.00).

K.    The fee for a floodplain amendment petition under Section 17.88.200(A) shall be one thousand twenty-nine dollars ($1,029.00) plus the actual costs of publication, as determined by the city clerk.

L.    The fee for the engineering review of a petition for a floodplain amendment under Section 17.88.200(A) shall be one hundred ten dollars ($110.00) per hour up to a maximum of four hundred fifty dollars ($450.00).

M.    The fee for a wetland permit under Section 17.92.110(B) shall be one hundred eighty dollars ($180.00).

N.    The fee for a new plan and method of operation review under Section 17.100.040 shall be one thousand five hundred nine dollars ($1,509.00).

O.    The fee for a revised plan and method of operation review under Section 17.100.040 shall be nine hundred sixty dollars ($960.00).

P.    The cash deposit or letter of credit for landscape installation under Section 17.100.050(H)(2)(d)(i) shall be an amount equal to two thousand five hundred fifty dollars ($2,550.00) per one thousand (1,000) square feet of landscape area.

Q.    The cash deposit or letter of credit for replacement landscaping under Section 17.100.050(H)(2)(d)(ii) shall be an amount equal to four hundred forty dollars ($440.00) per one thousand (1,000) square feet of landscape area.

R.    The cash deposit, bond, or letter of credit for landscape installation under Section 16.16.070(E)(1) shall be an amount equal to two thousand five hundred fifty dollars ($2,550.00) per one thousand (1,000) square feet of landscape area.

AA.    The fee for a conditional use under Section 17.108.050(B) shall be three hundred nine dollars ($309.00) plus the actual costs of publication as determined by the city clerk.

BB.    The fee for a conditional use for a telecommunication tower under Section 17.108.095(F)(1)(a) shall be one thousand four hundred forty dollars ($1,440.00).

EE.    The amount of the fee for a special review under Section 17.108.100 by the staff of the community development department shall be one hundred twenty dollars ($120.00) per hour up to a maximum of three hundred sixty dollars ($360.00).

FF.    The fee for preliminary plat approval under Section 16.08.030(F)(1) shall be one thousand four hundred forty dollars ($1,440.00).

GG.    The fee for a preliminary survey map under Section 16.08.070(A) shall be four hundred twenty dollars ($420.00).

HH.    The fee for a certified survey map under Section 16.08.070(B)(2) shall be three hundred sixty dollars ($360.00) plus actual recording costs as determined by the director of community development.

II.    The fee for a final plat under Section 16.12.030(A)(5) shall be three hundred sixty dollars ($360.00).

JJ.    The fee for the review of each new or amended developer’s agreement under Section 17.08.030 by the city attorney’s office shall be one hundred eighty dollars ($180.00) per hour.

KK.    The fee for engineering review of a development agreement, PDD general or specific plan, new or revised plan and method of operation, preliminary or final plat or preliminary survey or certified survey map shall be one hundred ten dollars ($110.00) per hour.

LL.    The fee for a permit under Title 14, Stormwater Management, shall be three hundred dollars ($300.00).

MM.    The fee for independent landscape plan review per Section 17.100.050(H) shall be three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00).

NN.    The fee for a bond, certificate of deposit or letter of credit for a detention basin during landscaping installation per Section 17.100.070(F) shall be eighty-five dollars ($85.00) per one thousand (1,000) square feet of basin area.

OO.    The fee for a bond, certificate of deposit or letter of credit for a detention basin during landscaping maintenance per Section 17.100.070(F) shall be twelve dollars ($12.00) per one thousand (1,000) square feet of basin area.

PP.    The fee for a minor stormwater management plan permit under Title 14 shall be one hundred sixty-five dollars ($165.00). Engineering fees may apply.

QQ.    The fee for a minor revision to plan and method of operation review under Section 17.100.040 shall be three hundred sixty dollars ($360.00). Engineering fees may apply.

RR.    The fee for an administrative approval under Section 17.100.020(B) by the staff of the community development department shall be one hundred twenty dollars ($120.00) per hour up to a maximum of three hundred sixty dollars ($360.00).

SS.    The fee for a permit to excavate or place facilities in the city right-of-way, in addition to any applicable restoration deposit, and inspection or degradation fees, shall be seventy-five dollars ($75.00).

TT.    The fee for registration for right-of-way occupancy shall be seventy-five dollars ($75.00).

UU.    In addition to any inspection fees, the fee for a connection permit shall be seventy-five dollars ($75.00).
