COMPENSATION

2.50.010 Elected officials.
Salaries of the elected officials shall be set at the annual Town meeting, but no reduction may be applicable to an unexpired term. (2008 code § 1.08(1))
2.50.020 Other officials.
The salaries of appointed and other officials shall be as provided from time to time by resolution of the Town Board; however, a reduction may not be applicable to an unexpired term. (2008 code § 1.08(2))
